The spate of hugely expanded box-set reissues continues next year with breakthrough sixth album — featuring the singles “Waterfront” and “Up on the Catwalk” — set for re-release a a five-disc set featuring B-sides, remixes, BBC sessions, a previously unreleased concert and a 5.1 Surround mix of the album. The Sparkle in the Rain reissue — which also will be released as a, on and featuring the Surround mix — arrives March 16, via Universal Music, according to the band, which last month.

The Super Deluxe Edition box set will include the full album, newly remastered this year at Abbey Road Studios, on one disc plus a second disc of B-sides and extended mixes. The third and fourth discs will include a previously unreleased concert recorded at the Glasgow Barrowlands in 1984, the year of the album’s release, plus a BBC radio session.

And the DVD will include a new 5.1 Surround mix of the album by Stephen Wilson, plus High Res Stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 mixes as well.
